About the Author
Terry Bartelt is currently an Electromechanical Instructor at Fox Valley Technical College, with more than twenty five years teaching experience in the field. He was a National Science Foundation (NSF) Recipient for Process Control in 1997 and received another NSF grant in 2005 to develop multimedia materials covering industrial automation related topics. In addition, Mr. Bartelt's Electromechanical Technology Program was presented the Secretary of Education Award as one of the top ten community college programs in the country.

This book is excellent . Written in an easy style , it is very easy to understand . It explains instrumentation and control in an easy-going style and yet covers more details than other books on the subject . I highly recommend this book to anyone in process control . Buy this book --- it is worth every cent . Also this book is only 250 pages and can be read unlike the big tomes that cover 500 pages or more . The language is beefed up with illustrations and chapters have an objective as well as questions and answers . I rate this book as 5 stars .
